1. General Provisions

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotional offers, and financial transactions on the 6yzz platform. 6yzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Language & Legal Authority

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Terms published in Bengali shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Use

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open a 6yzz account, you must:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

The name, address, mobile number, and other details you provide at registration must be true and accurate. In the event of false information, 6yzz reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

2.4 Account Security

3. Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 6yzz platform is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Verification Process

Before processing a withdrawal, 6yzz reserves the right to verify your identity. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

6yzz offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. If the deposit is ৳4,167 or more, you receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000 (on a ৳10,000 deposit).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — these are published separately.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is suspected, 6yzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

The 6yzz VIP program has four tiers, which are advanced based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP tier benefits depend on regular play, and 6yzz reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time. Cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 6yzz platform are operated using fair and transparent technology. The outcome of every game is determined entirely by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Exploiting any system errors without reporting them.
• Using third-party credit cards or payment methods.

6.3 Consequences of Violations

In the event of any breach of the above rules, 6yzz may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

7. Gaming Service Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

6yzz strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 6yzz will not be liable in such circumstances.
